Andrea Martinucci

Andrea Martinucci (b. 1991, IT) is a visual artist working mostly with painting, video and writing. Combining his strong connection with the pictorial medium he studied Multimedia Design at Accademia delle Arti e Nuove Tecnologie in Rome.
   
His works have been shown in solo and group exhibitions in spaces such as: Palazzo Reale, Milan; FuturDome, Milan; Tang Contemporary Art, Hong Kong; Institut Français, Milan; Mattatoio, Rome; IIC Los Angeles, LA; Palazzo delle Esposizioni, Rome; Museum of Contemporary Art of Villa Croce, Genoa; Museum of Art and Archaeology of Maremma, Grosseto; ArtBasel, Basel; VUNU Gallery, Kosice; ZETA Contemporary Art Center, Tirana.

In 2020 he is among the winners of Cantica21. Italian Contemporary Art Everywhere (MAECI-DGSP/MiC-DGCC), with Turbomondi (Melodia), a video installation destined for the Public Collection of Istituto Centrale per la Grafica, Rome. He developed several projects, such as Fenomeno Pasquarosa, La Fondazione - Nicola Del Roscio Foundation, Rome; MANIFesta - Iniziative di II, MACRO Museum, Rome; Spazi Festival, Fabbrica del Vapore, Milan; Tech Gleba, Una Vetrina, Rome.
