Osvaldo Licini (Monte Vidon Corrado, Marche 1894- Rome 1958) was an Italian artist.
In 1938 he starts a new and more complex phase of his work, full of mythical figures and symbolic emblems. At the end of that year he was in Rome to attend Marinetti's lecture on the "Italianity of modern art". The most intense and beautiful period of Licini's work began in 1950, now intent on completing the many studies drawn on the papers, in '58 he was awarded the International Grand Prize for painting.
